- U wash ur cow head and put on fire add ur spices and water den cover to boil...let it not get too soft.
- When d meat has boiled add more water,wash ur dey fish and add inside..taste for spices den add ur kanda too(boil ur kanda separately before adding to d soup) let it boil abit so the spices can enter the fish.
- Then add ur palm oil den let it boil a bit...add pepper,maggi,salt and orda spices..then leave to boil for 3mins.
- Add the egusi to the pot and turn check if d oil is enyf,then add the crayfish and periwinkle to it and leave to boilnfor 5mins then add ur ugwu turn it and leave for a min and take off fire as its not good for veg to boil for long...and like that ur soup is ready..serve warm with any swallow of ur choice..
