- Prepare your blended pepper locust beans, meat,ponmo and dryfish..
- Place a pot over heat add palm oil to it heat for about 5 min add the locust beans and fry for 2 mins then add blended tomatoes.
- When you fry the tomatoes for about 10min add the dry fish bullion cubes and the beef, ponmo and stock add some water if necessary cover and allow to boil.
- Mix the egusi with little water to form a paste start scooping it with a spoon and drop it inside the pot cover and allow to boil.
- Add your bitter leaf allow to boil for about 10 min stir the soup well..
