- You need 2 cups of wheat flour.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of grated bottle gourd /lauki.

- Prepare 2 tsp of ginger chilli garlic paste.

- Take a kneading plate add 2 cups wheat flour, grated bottle gourd, salt, garam masala, haldi powder, chilli powder, fruit salt, curd, ginger chilli paste jaggery &mix it well..
- Make a dough don't give pressure. Keep it soft. Now make muthiyas & put it into grease plate..
- Steam it for 20 to 25 minutes in steamer..
- Now take it out & rest it for 15 minutes..
- After that cut the muthiya rolls. Take a pan take 2 tbsp oil heat oil add musterseeds, curryleaves, seasme (til white) a pinch of hing sorte all this for 1 minute and add muthiyas give it a good mix..
