- Prepare 1 cup of poha or flatten rice.
- You need 1 cup of oats.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of semolina.
- You need 1 cup of curd.
- You need 1 of chopped potato.
- Prepare 1 of chopped onion.
- Prepare 1 of chopped tomato.
- It's 1 of chopped carrot.
- It's 1 of small chopped capsicum.
- You need 1/2 cup of boiled green peas.
- You need 4 tsp of peanuts or moongfali ke daane.

- It's of Fresh coriander leaves.
- Prepare 2 spoon of oil.
- It's of Salt as per taste.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of black pepper powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of eno fruit salt.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of water.

- Wash poha and oats with water and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- After 10 min,put poha and oats in mixi jar.add semolina and curd.make a paste.add little water about 1/4 cup..
- Now add all vegetables.add,peanuts, coriander, green chilli,salt and black pepper powder.mix well and add oil.
- Mix it.preheat the oven at 220 F for 4-5 min.grease the muffin moulds.now add eno fruit salt and mix it.transfer the batter in to moulds.bake at 220 degreeF for 25 minutes..
- Let it b cool.demoulds the muffins.garnish with coriander leaves and drizzle some sauce on the top....healthy breakfast muffins are ready...enjoy.
