  3. Add green chillies, turmeric powder and potatoes. Stir fry on low heat for about a minute..
  4. Add poha, lemon juice, salt and half of the coriander leaves. Stir well and then turn off the heat..
  5. Cover the pan with the lid and let the poha absorb all the flavours. Keep closed for 2 minutes..
  6. Transfer poha to a serving dish. Sprinkle coriander leaves..
