  2. You need 1/3 cup of Milk.
  3. It's 1/3 tsp of Salt.
  4. You need 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  5. It's 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
  6. Prepare 1/3 tsp of Kasturi methi.
  7. You need 1 tsp of Kitchen king masala.
  8. It's 1/3 tsp of Dry mango powder.

  10. Prepare 1 cup of Mushroom.
  11. It's 1/3 cup of Mozzarella cheese grated.

  1. Make a powder of biscuits...
  2. Then add all spices in it and mix it well.
  3. Add milk in it and mix it well and make fine dough.
  4. Then remove the middle part of mushroom.. And make hole...
  5. Then grate all middle part of mushroom...
  6. Then take a pan...
  7. Add butter in it...
  8. When it become hot add onion in it and saute it till it become light brown.
  9. Then add grated mushroom in it and saute it for 2mins.
  10. Then add cheese,chilli flaks,oregano,salt and black pepper in it and mix it well.
  11. Filling is ready.
  12. Then fill this filling in mushrooms.
  13. Then take a small ball of dough..and put it on polythene.
  14. Roll it little with the help of rolling pin.
  15. Then put stuff mushroom on it..
  16. And cover it with the dough..and make vadas.
  17. Then deep fry all vadas on medium flame till they become golden brown..
  18. And serve hot...

Add Sooji / Semolina , curd and mix well. Add water if required and prepare thick consistency batter. Take a kadhai add oil and heat. Add Boiled mashed Potato and mix well. In a bowl mix the salt, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder and lemon juice.
