- Prepare 2 of eggs.
- Prepare Half cup of boiled rice.
- Prepare 1-2 of chopped green chillies.
- It's of Few green coriander leaves chopped.
- It's 1/4 tsp of salt.
- It's 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 2 tbsp of milk.
- It's 2 tbspn of Oil or butter for cooking.

- First of all in a bowl add 2 eggs.
- Then add chopped green chilli, chopped green coriander leaves, red chilli,salt and mix it all together.
- Now add boiled white rice and mix it.
- Now in the end add 2 tbsp of milk.
- Take a frying pan grease with oil or butter then pour the mixture evenly.
- And cook each side 2 minutes until light brown colour.
- Now dish out and cut into pieces and serve with toasted bread and enjoy.
- Note:- you can add more vegetables or mushroom or chicken but I made it simple without onion and tomato.
