- Boil cool, peel and mash the potatoes.Grind green chillies and garlic together in a mixer and make a paste.
- In a mixing bowl mix mashed potatoes, garlic-green chilies paste, coriander leaves, turmeric powder and salt.
- Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds, add curry leaves. Remove from heat and add to the potato mixture.
