  2. Wash & rinse with clean water.
  3. Soak the beans again for about 5 mins, remove the water & add Scot bonnet, onion & tatashe, blend it well.
  4. Add maggi, salt, onga, curry & oil. Mix it well and put inside a leather & tie it well. Put your water on fire & add ur moi moi into it. Allow it to cook for some minutes.
  5. For the sauce, put ur oil on fire & add sliced onion, grated Scot bonnet, maggi & curry. Beat ur eggs, pour it all over & stir fry for some minutes..
  6. Once the sauce is ready, u can serve with ur moimoi.
