- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl....
- Grind jaggery in grinder or u can dissolve in curd...
- Now mash bananas.. Add jaggery n soya curd.. Mix well.. Shouldn't be any lumps...
- Add vegetable oil in jaggery mix it..
- Mix all dry ingredients in wet ingredients.. Except nuts..
- Now blend with hand blender or electric blender...
- Grease the baking dish with oil or butter...
- Mix all chopped nuts n coconut flakes...
- Pour the batter in baking dish...
- Bake for 30 - 40 min in 180°F temperature..
- Take out n check with knife.. If it comes out clean.. Its done.. Let it cool the banana bread..
