- Ingredients.
- Heat up the oil with the garlic in it.and fry for 1 minute add the chicken pieces..
- Then add the onion.
- Mix in then add the bacon bits and fry for 5 minutes.
- Then add the chorizo and mix in fry for 2 minutes..
- In an oven dis add the veg except the fresh cut Sweet peppers and Tomatoes.
- Mix and fry for 2 minutes add lots of black pepper..
- Add all this to a greased oven dish and add the tomatoes and fresh peppers. Squeeze a bit of lemon all over..
- Cook in a preheated oven medium - high for 20 minutes..
- Add the sundried Tomatoes and the Artichoke with some of the olive oil..
