  1. Soak moong and matki overnight and then drain the water and keep it for sprouting.

  3. Put a tbsp oil in pressure cooker and add Curry leaves, rai and jeera for tadka and then add ginger garlic paste and saute well.
  4. Add groundnuts, tomato and onion and saute well till soft.
  5. Add all the masalas, tamarind, jaggery and lastly add moong and matki and mix well.
  6. Add water and take 1 whistle.
  7. Serve hot with pav, chopped onion and tomato, chopped coriander leaves, lemon, fresh curd and farsan.
