Misal pav step by step
- Heat a1tsp oil into a pan add onion, garlik, ginger,tomato, chilli, coconut and cook 3-4 mins.
- Grind all mixture and make a paste.
- Heat 1 tsp oil into a pan add red chilli powder, asafoetida, garam masala, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, sugar, salt, paste, mataki and saute add water take a lid and cook it till 20-25 minutes.
- For tadka :- heat 1 tbs oil in to a pan add 1 tsp chilli powder and make tadka, pour this tdka on misal.
- Misal is redy to serve it serve with, pav mixture, coriander,onion, lemon slice.
