Ingredients of Misal Pav
- It's 3 of onions.
- You need 1 of tomato.
- Prepare 1 of green chilli.
- You need 10-12 of Curry leaves.
- You need 6 spoon of Oil for tadka.
- You need 3-4 spoon of Kanda lasun (garlic)masala.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare As needed of Sprouted moth beans/matki.
- It's 2 spoon of Ginger garlic paste.
- It's 2 pods of garlic pods.
- It's 1 inch of ginger.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Mustard seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- You need 2-3 spoon of dry coconut shavings.

Misal Pav step by step
- Prapare a tadka of oil, mustard seeds and jeera.
- Add hing and curry leaves.
- Add 1 finely chopped onion saute till ot becomes translucent.
- Add ginger garlic crushed or paste and Saute nicely until golden.
- Add haldi and sproted 1 1/2 cup moth beans/matki.
- Mix it well and add water.
- Pressure cook for 2 whistles.
- Meanwhile, in same kadhai roast 2-3 tablespoon of dry coconut shavings with or without oil.
- Saute 2 sliced onions, 2 pods garlic and 1 inch ginger untill golden.
- Add 1 tomato and salt cover and let it become soft and mushy.
- Add lil coriander leaves and saute for 10 seconds,let it cool down..
- Grind everything, with roasted coconut to a fine paste, try to use less water while grinding.
- Prepare a tadka of mustard seeds, jeera curry leaves, hing.
- Add grounded paste and saute untill it leaves oil from sides and becomes thicker.
- Add haldi and heart of this dish 'Kanda lasoon masala'.If you dont have that masala then ' Goda masala' or 'garam masala' and redchilli powder.
- Fry this for 10-15 secs.
- Add pressure cooked sprouts with it's water and salt..
- Add hot water to adjust the consistency. Let it boil for a min or two.
- Remember hot water keeps the taste intact and bring the oil out for this type of turrryyyy.
