Misal pav step by step
- Turn on the flame, heat a pressure cooker and add oil..
- Let the oil heat properly..
- Add onions. Fry it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame..
- Add ginger garlic paste..
- Mix it and fry it for 1-2 minutes..
- Now add tomatoes..mix it for 2-3 minutes..
- Now add 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, half tbsp turmeric, 2-3 tbsp misal masala and salt as per taste..
- Mix it well..
- Fry it for few seconds on low flame..
- Now cover the cooker without whistle and cook it for few seconds..
- Open the lid and stir it..
- Now add sprouts...mix it..
- Add 1/2 glass of water...stir it.
- Close the lid along with wishtle..
- Cook it for 3 whistles on medium flame..
- After 3 whistles turn off the flame..
- Let it cool down..
- Open it carefully..
- Now take it out in a serving plate along with farshan, onion, lemon and pav..
