Firstly wash and grate Carrot. Set aside.

In a big pan boil milk then add carrot & keep boiling..
- When half of milk dries add sugar, mix it well..
- Keep bhonofy..
- When sugar completely dissolved & mix. Add desi ghee & Keep bhonofy..
- When Halwa start realising ghee, add cream and half of khoya..

Keep bhonofy until ghee separated..
- Before serving add remaining khoya, mix Nuts & Chandi warq (& boil chopped/sliced egg, if u like)..
- Serve hot..
