- Prepare of Raw Banana.
- You need of Cheese slices.
- It's of Chopped Green Capsicum.
- It's of Chopped Tomato.
- It's of Green chutney.
- Prepare of Tomato ketchup.
- Prepare of as per taste Salt.
- Prepare of as per taste Black pepper.
- Prepare of as per taste Chaat masala.
- It's of as required Oil for deep frying.
- It's of For Garnishing.
- You need of As required Yellow Sev.
Raw Banana Bites instructions
- Take raw banana and cut them in to around ¼ inch slices. Soak in salt water for sometime before frying so that it will taste nice and little salty..
- Now take out banana slices on kitchen towel or tissue paper and dry it completely. Till that keep oil for heating on medium low flame, now add slices and fry till it get little golden in colour from both sides..
- Now take out on tissue paper and smash all slices..
- After smashing fry again for 2min till it get bright golden in colour..
- Now assemble all the rest ingredients one by one on slices and Garnish with yellow Sev..
- Tip : serve hot and fry second time when you are going to eat. It will taste crispy. Else it won't taste good if you eat cold..
