- It's 2 lb of Split Chicken Breast (Pounded Thin).
- It's 2 cup of Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of Flour (Separated).
- It's 16 oz of Marsala Wine.
- Prepare 1 of Sliced Onion.
- Prepare 1 of Garlic Clove Minced.
- Prepare 1 of Parmesean Cheese.
- It's 2 tbsp of Butter.
- Prepare 1 of Italian Seasoning.
- You need 1 box of Thin Speghetti.
- It's 1 of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- You need 1 quart of Chicken Stock.
Chicken Marsala over Pasta instructions
- Season Chicken Breast with Italian Seasoning.
- Lightly coat chicken breast in 1 cup of flour.
- Preheat frying pan with Olive Oil.
- Pan Fry Chicken Breast in EVOO until light brown.
- Once done remove chicken from pan and set aside on papertowels to remove any access oil.
- Add butter to the pan with the chicken drippings along with onions and mushrooms.
- Once Onions are translucent about 2 minutes add minced garlic.
- Add 2 Tablespoons of flour to coat the onions and mushrooms and stir for another minute.
- Add Marsala Wine.
- Once mixture starts to thicken slowly add chicken stock while constantly stirring.
- Bring to a boil and stir for another 3 minutes.
- Add Chicken back to the sauce.
- Reduce heat and let sauce thinken.
- Boil Pasta for about 5 minutes or Al Dente.
