- Prepare 2 of boiled Aloo(potatoes).
- You need 1 of Onion chopped.
- Prepare 1 of Tomato chopped.
- You need 3 of Green chillies chopped.
- Prepare 1 Teaspoon of Sambhar masala.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need 2 teaspoon of Peanuts.
- It's 3 teaspoon of Oil.
- You need 2 Bowl of Idli batter.

Stuffed Idli instructions
- First turn on the gas flame and place a kadhai, pour there oil and add Peanuts and saute it then when it fried then add onion, Tomatoes, green chillies and fry it for 2 mins, then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and Sambar masala, then add mashed potatoes and fry it all in medium flame for 2 mins..
- Now cook the potatoes mix and place a steamer add water. When the steam comes then place idli stand to it. Make sure before placing there apply some oil to it then pour 1/2 ladle full of batter then Aloo stuffing then again half ladle batter and cover it then steam it for 15 mins on high flame. Then turn off the gas and cool it for 2 mins then unmould it..
