- In a large nonstick pan heat the oil cumin seeds, green chillies and asafoetida. Once the seeds splutter add coriander powder, kashmiri laal mirch powder, cumin powder,turmeric powder and salt to taste and mixwell..
- Stir well so that all the spices including salt get cooked in oil..
- Flame should be on slow to medium flame so that non of the spices burn. Immediately, throw in the rice flour tossed potatoes chunks, stirring gently to coat with spices and oil..
