- Now add 4 cups of milk to the cooked carrots. Try to use full cream milk instead of light milk..
- Mix them well and let the milk come to boil. Keep stirring continously so that milk does not stick to bottom of the pan..
- 6.Cook the carrots and the milk on low flame. Keep stirring till the milk starts to evaporate..
- Once more than half the of milk starts evaporating, now add 1 cup of sugar and cardomom powder. Mix it well with milk and keep stirring..
- Once again, cook the carrots in low flame until all the milk evaporates..
- Now, the Carrot Halwa or Gajar ka halwa is ready..
- 10.Garnish it with roasted dry fruits that was kept aside. Serve it either warm or cold depending upon your preference..
