Ingredients of Moimoi and Garri
- You need 2 cups of beans, 3cooked eggs, red pepper, onions, crayfish, oil.
- You need of maggi,salt, ginger and water.
- It's of Garri and water.
It is a protein-rich food that is a staple in Nigeria. In Ghana, it is commonly known as 'Alele' or "Olele'. Blend the beans, tatashe or tomato puree, onions, crayfish, habanero pepper and ground nutmeg together with some of the water and pour the mix into a big enough bowl. - Tight the leather and put it inside the boiling water and cover for about 45 to 50 minutes. Serve hot with your garri..
