- Take the brown breads and grind them to make bread crumbs..
- Mix all the dry ingredients together..
- Then add the wet ingredients..
- Then add the baking powder, baking soda and tea masala in it and make batter which is neither too thick nor too thin..
- Grease a cake tin with butter and then dust some flour in it..
- Pour the batter in it and then garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios..
- Heat a pressure cooker or steamer with water and place the tin in it..
- Cover the lid of the cooker without weighing the whistle..
- Steam it for 40 minutes in low flame..
- After that open the lid and check it with the help of a toothpick whether it is perfectly steamed or not..
- If it comes out clearly Then it is perfectly steamed. Then switch off the flame..
