Ingredients of Hot and Sour Paneer Cubes
- Prepare 200 gram of paneer.
- It's 3 tsp of rice flour.
- It's 4 tsp of refined flour.
- Prepare 1 cup of Orange juice.
- You need 1/2 cup of water.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Salt.
- You need 1/3 tsp of black pepper.
- You need 2 tsp of Red chilli sauce.
- You need 5 of chopped garlic cloves.
- Prepare 1 of chopped spring onion leaves.
- Prepare 1 pinch of Orange food colour.
- It's 1 tsp of smoked bbq sauce.
- You need 1 tsp of honey.
- Prepare 1 tsp of oil for greasing.
The method I shared here, I learnt. Cut paneer into bite size cubes. Take all the ingredients for batter and make into a smooth paste by adding water. Add in the cubed paneer pieces and Heat oil for deep frying and fry the paneer pieces on both sides till they are golden.
Hot and Sour Paneer Cubes instructions
- Cut the paneer into cubes.
- In a bowl mix all the flours, spices and water,mix properly and keep it aside for 30 mins..
- Take a pan, heat orange juice, add the mixed flours, sauces and honey, keep stirring. Add chopped garlic and spring onion(green part) and food colour too, cook till it's consistency gets thicker..
- Let the prepared mixture gets little cool and then covers the paneer cubes with this prepared mixture..
- Grease the grill Pan and grill all the prepared paneer cubes for few mins..
- Serve Hot and Sour Paneer Cubes with favourite dip..
