- SPICY SAUCE.
- in pan with oil saute spicy sauce ( sambal ) then add onion and red chili pepper for half a minute.
- add light soy sauce and sugar and mix well for another half a minute.
- BANANA WRAP.
- with banana leaf on aluminium foil put calamari and grated carrot.
- top cooked spicy sauce then top coconut milk.
- wrap up and bake at 220 C for 20 minute.
- serve top garnish.
