Ingredients of Solkadhi

  1. Prepare 1 of big coconut.
  2. It's 5-6 of kokam soak in water.
  3. You need 2 of garlic cloves.
  4. It's 1/4 tsp of ginger.
  5. You need 2 of green chillies.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of jeera powder.
  7. You need of Rock salt as per taste.
  8. Prepare as needed of Sugar.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of Freshly chopped coriander leaves.

  2. Take scrapped coconut, green chillies, garlic cloves and ginger along with 1cup of water & grind it to smooth paste..
  3. Remove the paste in a strainer covered with smooth cotton cloth. & remove the coconut extract from the paste..
  4. Again grind the leftover content by adding 1 cup of water & again sieve it..
  5. Now add kokam agal or extract of soaked kokam jeera powder, saindhav & sugar as per your taste..
  6. Mix it well & garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves..
  7. Serve cold..
