- Prepare 1 1/2 of Beef stew meat, cubed.
- It's 3 cup of Cubed peeled potatoes.
- It's 3 cup of Small onions, sliced.
- It's 2 cup of Carrots, sliced.
- You need 6 tbsp of All purpose flour.
- Prepare 2 cup of Water.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Canola oil.
- It's 2 tsp of Beef bouillon granules.
- It's 3 tbsp of Tomato paste.
- You need 2 tbsp of Fresh parsley, minced.
- You need 2 tsp of Dried basil.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Dried thyme.
- It's 1 tsp of Garlic powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Paprika.

- It's 2 of Bay leaves.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Salt.

Beef Stew instructions
- Add paprika, pepper, and 4 tbsp of flour into a large bowl, adding in the beef to coat completely.
- Oil a Dutch oven over medium heat, slightly browning the beef.
- Once the beef is slightly browned, add in the water (bringing it to a boil), bouillon, tomato paste, 1 1/2 tsp basil, 3/4 tsp thyme, 3/4 tsp garlic powder, and bay leaves.
- Lower the heat to a simmer, and cover for 1 1/2 hour.
- Uncover the Dutch oven, ads in the carrots, potatoes, and onions, and then simmer covered for an additional 30 minutes.
- Combine the flour, water, remaining basil, thyme, garlic powder, parsley, and salt in a bowl, and then add it in the Dutch oven.
- Bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes, then remove from the heat. Serve and enjoy :).
