Raw Banana Kofta curry instructions
- Boiled the raw banana and potatoes..
- Peel both and mashed it..
- Put roughly chopped tomatoes,onion,garlic,ginger,kaju and water in a pan and boiled it for 10 minutes..
- When cool it add in a blender and blend it.make a paste..
- Put mashed banana,potatoes,soaked bread slices,green coriander,chopped green chilli,black pepper,maida,salt and cornflour in a mixing bowl.mix well and make balls with this mixture..
- Heat oil in a wok add balls and deep fry till golden in colour..
- Heat oil in a wok add whole garam masala and saute it,now add tomato onion paste and saute till leave the oil..
- Add spices and saute for 2-3 minutes add kasoori methi,freas cream and some water and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes..
- Add fried koftas in a serving bowl add curry and garnish with green coriander..
- Serve with rice/naan/chapati..
