1. It's 1 cup of butter.
2. It's 1 + 3/4 th cup of sugar.
3. It's 1 cup of milk.
4. You need 2 + 1/2 cup of maida.
5. You need 1 tsp of baking powder.
6. Prepare 1/2 tsp of soda.
7. Prepare 4-5 drops of vanilla essence.
8. Prepare 1 tsp of lemon juice.

Eggless Vanilla cake instructions

1. In a vessel, add butter and sugar and beat nicely until sugar is dissolved and the mixture is fluffy (I have used hand mixer)..
2. Then add milk. Mix well and keep this wet mixture aside..
3. Mix maida, soda and baking powder. Sieve it thrice..
4. Now add this mixture in the wet mixture and mix nicely..
5. Check the consistency and add more milk if required..
6. Add vanilla essence and mix..
7. Lastly add lemon juice and mix well..
8. Add this cake mixture in a greased baking tray and tap twice..
9. Bake the cake in a pre-heated cooker or oven for 40-45 mins..
10. Check with toothpick or knife. If it comes out clean cake is done..
11. Remove and cool for 10-15 mins. And then demould. Cool the cake completely and cut into pieces and enjoy..
