- Boil the beef with stockfish with onion,salt and maggi cubes for 30minutes..
- Place a dry pot on fire and allow it to heat up for 2minutes then pour in the egusi and stir..
- Let it roast for 5minutes,stir very well.then allow the egusi to cool then blend..
- Bleach the red oil for 3minutes,pour in the blended egusi and stir at intervals for 5minutes..
- Pour in the boiled beef and stockfish with the stock and turn very well..
- Pour in more water enough for the soup and cover to boil.leave it to boil for 10minutes then add blended crayfish and fresh pepper with salt..
- Boil for 5minutes add maggi cubes cover then slice the ukazi very well..
- Pound lightly after slicing then pour inside the soup..
- After 2minutes the aroma is something else then stir and bring down from the heat..
