- Prepare 1 tbsp of palm oil.

- Wash meat and spice with salt, pepper and knorr cube and cook till its tender. Blended onions and pepper and set aside.

- Heat up another pot once it's hot add palm oil then add the blended pepper and onions mix and fry for about 3 mins then add the Egusi paste.
- Stir continously till it's fried through add Knott cube, crayfish, salt and the meat. Stir and lower heat heat allow it simmer for another 5 to 10mins.
